Sorry If You've heard this before....
My PC is on its deathbed. If by some miracle it recovers, but I lose the content of the hard drive, please tell me one more time how I go about getting my licenses back.

I am happy to hear that your computer is running again (from the other thread). If that were not the case then you or anyone else out there that may have problems in the future could always contact ViaTech at their support number.
