Bug at 1.1.6 beta patch

Hi,
when i start my TBCB, appear:
a window with the title CreateSurfacePrimary
and the text No Exclusive Mode
i click ok..
after this a window with title InitApp
and the text Error InitDirectDraw
i click ok..
after this a window with the folder where i install the game..
and the text Could not initialize application

my PC is Pentium III 1GHZ, 256MB RAM, 3d card SIS 630/730 128MB

I do not have 1.1.6 but I have had a similar error report when I've started game 2 or 3 times. I figure it's a memory error. I shut down, restart windows, click icon and then it's fine.
