Did it happen or not?

This anomoly occured 2 fights in a row. "the referee is stopping the action he is deducting a point from Ezzard Charles for a headbutt that never happened. However no point is deducted no foul recorded.? So did it happen??

In this situation a point shall be deducted. Are you sure that there is no point deducted on the scorecards for this round?

I'll double check Andreas to make sure, but I know that it isn't being recorded as a foul and the unofficial scorecard is not recognizing it.
