Fights ending by swelling

It's been mentioned by myself and others before but I feel far too many fights end by swelling.
In real life it doesn't happen that often but in TBCB it happens way too often. On numerous occasions now a good fight has been warming up but has been ruined by a swollen eye injury half way through. It is beginning to spoil my enjoyment of the game.
Are there any plans to address this issue? Jim, Tom, Andreas?

Did you try a "better" cut man? The cut man's ratings are probably to low/bad.

I haven't seen all these fights ended by swelling. Maybe it's certain refs or cutmen. Have you previously adjusted a fighter's propensity to cut/swell?
