New weird problem with pictures

I seem to be having trouble getting photos to show up . I'm doing the same process as before with the pics Tyson_Mike_ but its not showing up never had this problem before only noticed it when I downloaded the new patch anybody else having this problem? I hope I just haven't gone into some sort of brainlock and I'm forgetting something simple. I reread the directions in the manual and seem to be following it to the letter. strange...

And what's the fighter's complete name?

Ok still using Irfanview like before. And when I find i picture I'll go.
for example. Neusel_Walter_sp. (sp is my initials.) and then I'll save it and it never shows up anymore. I have hundreds of pictures already there but cannot add any new ones. Help;!!!!
