Problem.....help
I downloaded the demo a couple of days ago and enjoyed it. Today, I purchased the game thru the demo. Once I did that I haven't been able to get the game to boot up. Any ideas?
One thing that may have caused the trouble is that I downloaded the demo on my wife's desktop system, but I used my e-mail address on my laptop. She is running windows 98 and I have previousy had to open the game without the 3d effects. Champ ![]() |

Howdy boys:
Download the patch. The game now boots up, but if I try and setup a bout. I can pick two fighters and get to the start fight stage and then I get a notice that the program has performed an illegal operation and wii be shut down. When I check for details I find the following : TB1 has caused an invaild page fault in modulr <unknown> at 0000:00000017. Any ideas out there? Champ |

Hm. You have the latest DirectX version? Latest drivers for your video card?
Try turning the sound off in the options. Another thing you might want to try is to completely uninstall the game (make sure you unlicense it first AND have your OrderID so you can relicense it). Then download the latest setup file (which does include the latest patch, it should anyway ) and run that. See if that fixes it. |

Well I downlaod the game again seems to have worked, at least temporaily. I 've played a couple of bouts. We'll see if it will continue to function after shuting everything down.
Thanks for the good advice Sabotai Champ ![]() |

Of course, neither of those solutions pleased the people who didn't save their work and had to retype their papers. ![]() |
