Problem with game freezing

I assume one of the boxer files within my game is corrupt but I cant figure out how to delete it.

It only occurs with this one fighter named Frederico Frisco (no idea if he came with the game originally or from a user here) but when I click on his name from my fighter list screen everything freezes. I have to ctrl-alt-delete to get out of TBCB.

My question is whether or not there is a way to delete him without clicking on his name?

I'm pretty sure you have imported him from a file. Search the board for a file for Frisco (I'm pretty sure I've seen him on the boards somewhere). If he is not an imported fighter, I would create a new database in the options screen, find Frisco and export him. After you have done that, or d/led the tbdx file, I would switch back to your universe database, and import that file, make sure to select the option to overwrite the existing Frederico Frisco.

Note that this will reset his stats, so you may want to note his record somewhere so you can edit the replaced fighter to where he was in your universe.

Thanks for the help Gunsmoke. That did not work because I could not find Frederico Frisco on the board anywhere - there is a Star Frisco but no Frederico.

I did find a way around it. I moved all other fighters out of his group and then deleted the group which also allowed me to delete the Frederico Frisco file.
