Many people want to play OOTP with real MLB teams and rosters. This is easy to accomplish, as OOTP ships with Opening Day rosters.

If you would like to use the MLB Opening Day rosters, simply choose the "Create New Major League Game" option from the main game screen. You can find more information about this in the online manual.

If you would like to use MLB rosters from a prior year instead, select "Create New Custom Game," and then select "Add Historical League" and follow the steps in the wizard. You can find more information about this in the online manual.

Due to licensing issues, OOTP's MLB leagues do not come with MLB logos or player photos. However, community members have created logo/photo sets for private use. You can find more information here.
