In some cases, when trying to fix or identify bugs, we may need you to FTP your league files to us. Here's how to do it!

Note: This assumes you have some familiarity with FTP.

You can FTP your files to us using your handy web browser, or any FTP client such as SmartFTP or FileZilla.

In Internet Explorer, just navigate to ftp://ootpsupport.com/incoming/ootp/saved_games/, and press Enter. Copy and paste your files there. Other browsers such as Firefox may need an add-on like this one: http://fireftp.mozdev.org/

This FTP server uses anonymous access, so you should not need to provide a user name or password.

Typically, to troubleshoot a problem with your league, we usually need all of the files in your saved game directory that end with .dat. (coaches.dat, players.dat, etc.). Please zip all of the files up, and name the zip file with your forum user name; for example, battists.zip. Then, post back in the technical support thread that you created to let us know that you posted a file to the server, and be sure to tell us the name of the zip file that you posted.

Thanks!

Steve
