Alright, so you've tried to find an answer for your problem in the FAQ, but no luck? (Hey, you really did check, right? No cheating! Laughing)

Obviously, our goal in all of this is to fix whatever problem you're experiencing, so here's how to continue to get help if the FAQ didn't work for you:

First, remember to check our Purchasing / Licensing support page if your problem has anything to do with a purchase, or with anything related to your OOTP Development game license!

If your problem is none of the above, then it's probably something related to the installation, operation, or other problem with the game itself. In other words, it's OUR responsibility! We handle technical support issues through our Technical Support forum. To lodge a technical support request with us, please do the following:

  1. Register for our forums, if you haven't already.
  2. Try performing a Search for your problem. Chances are pretty good that it's already come up before.
  3. If you still can't find anything, come check out the Technical Support Readme. This post will help make sure that your technical support request has the best chance of getting resolved quickly.
  4. Post a new thread in our Technical Support forum, giving as much detail about the problem as possible (based on the recommendations in the Readme).

We will strive to respond to your thread as quickly as possible, but as you may or may not know, OOTP Developments consists of just two full-time people! We rely a lot on volunteer help to respond to many technical support threads. So, please, be patient. We're committed to trying to resolve as many issues as possible, we just don't have a crack staff of 20 support personnel waiting to answer your questions.
