At Out of the Park Developments, since we don't sell our games in stores, we work with several different third-party licensing companies to handle the administrative task of selling and controlling licenses for our games. Unfortunately, the vendors we work with typically don't work across different operating systems. As a result, we have four different licensing vendors.

Sometimes users have problems related to the purchase or licensing of the game, such as:

• You purchased the game, but never received a confirmation or serial/license number.
• You purchased the game, but lost your license.
• Something happened to your licensed machine, and you want to install the game on a new machine.

Support for these sorts of problems is handled by the appropriate licensing company, and not by OOTP Developments, although we always try to expedite issues where necessary.
