At Out of the Park Developments, since we don't sell our games in stores, we work with several different third-party licensing companies to handle the administrative task of selling and controlling licenses for our games. Unfortunately, the vendors we work with typically don't work across different operating systems. As a result, we have four different licensing vendors. Sometimes users have problems related to the purchase or licensing of the game, such as:
Support for these sorts of problems is handled by the appropriate licensing company, and not by OOTP Developments, although we always try to expedite issues where necessary. If you have some sort of purchasing/licensing problem, and cannot find the answer on our site, use the chart below to determine whom to contact, based on the operating system for which you purchased your game:
