We have seen rare issues where users trying to generate a PC license without an Internet connection receive the following error:

"Error Occured: Request date is invalid. Check your system clock. Processing terminated."

If you get this error, please verify first that your system clock is set to the correct year. Then, send the generated offline request from your PC to eLicense support. You can find eLicense contact information here.
