We very frequently hear from customers who have had some sort of problem with the computer on which OOTP is installed. Whether it's a hard drive crash, a virus, or an unexpected meteor strike, you never have to worry about having to purchase a new copy of our game! The record of your purchase rests with our licensing companies, not with your hard drive. If you still have access to the old computer, you can unlicense the game before installing it on another machine. If you don't have access to the old computer, such as with the aforementioned meteor strike, just contact the appropriate licensing agent, and they will resolve the issue for you!
