Because we use different companies for handling licenses for Mac and PC, Out of the Park Baseball licenses are operating system specific. That is, you cannot install one license on a Mac, and another license on a Windows machine.
You are authorized to make backup copies of Out of the Park Baseball for the sole purpose of protecting your investment. You may transfer Out of the Park Baseball freely from one computer to another, as long as only two machines are licensed and active, and as long as there is no intent to have two people play the game at the same time on separate machines.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license agreement provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license agreement. If the Software is an upgrade, any transfer must include the upgrade and all prior versions. Out of the Park Baseball and accompanying documentation are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. You can oversee your league at a high level, or play out each game, managing pitch by pitch.
Players in OOTP are rated across multiple skills, and include individual personalities and custom faces created with FaceGen technology. OOTP players progress realistically over time. Try to build a team through the draft, or try to sign big free agents to put you over the top! OOTP also has a powerful news engine that generates personal messages and news articles.
