BZ 1439: customizable playoffs/HFA

I was simulating a test league. When you get to the second round of the customizable playoffs, the team with the worse record for some reason gets home field advantage. I realize that you can fix this in the schedule editor, but it's kind of a pain to do this for every series, especially when you have many teams in the playoffs.

I did a little testing- this isn't always the case, but it should never be a case. Logged as BZ#1439.

Were you setting the brackets based on seeding or positioning?

I was setting the brackets based on seeding. I have a 50 team league, no divisions, and I have a 16-team playoff.

This was marked as something that is working properly for the developers. Can you please verify this behavior?
