Error! Error - 202 : Upload error

So, I am very new to OOTP and have joined an online league. I have no problems downloading the league file, it is not through OOTP but through another website where I play other online sports games (Big League Sports).

Here is my problem. Everytime I attempt to export my file via FTP I get the...

Error!
Could not upload file. Error - 202: Upload error

The commish has sent me a link to his own file and yet everytime I try to upload I get this error. It will show that my upload took place on the website but since we have not started the season I am not sure it took place with any changes I make.

I have checked my path's, made sure I have the right build and right version of the game. I have deleted the folder and recreated it.

I don't know what else to try and could use any help I can get. I have sent a support ticket but not sure how long it will take.

When I hit the export via FTP, it shows my export at 50% instantly then the screen will shift a little and then I get the error.

Have you checked to see if your firewall is blocking FTP access?

I can't figure out how to get it to allow FTP access but I turned off the firewall and it uploaded fine. Just turned it right back on afterwards.

u need to allow ootp12 an exception in ur firewall

I went in and adjusted it but I was still getting the error.

and went u disable it u cna get thu

change ur ingame to to passive if the connect is active and vice versa and try

but it dont work and when u turn off ur fire wall it works then u need to set most likely permission setting for the program to allow it to connect to the net and all , whats ur fire wall? i use zone alarm security suite and have to do this
