1949 Starting Lineups
This thread contains a specially-commissioned set of photos depicting the primary starting players at each position for all 16 Major League teams in 1949. I will include at least one photo for every player identified on baseball-reference.com as the starting player for their team. I will also include photos of the top 3-4 pitchers, and photos of the primary utility players. Wherever possible I will provide full-length or action photos.
