Would the below be too little interdivision?

# 33 games against 4 other teams in division (15-18H/15-18A)
# 6 games against 5 teams in other division (3H/3A)

Another option with more interdivision is:

# - 23 games against other 4 teams of division (11-12H/12-11A)
# - 14 games against other 5 teams within league (7H/7A)

# must be playing outside the division at all times
#
# No homestands or roadtrips longer than 14 games
# No team plays more than 20 straight days without an offday
#
# The two subleague schedules are exact copies of each other

# All game times set at 7:05pm ET
#
# Season begins first Monday on or after April 1
# Season thus ends late September/early October

# All-Star Game set for first Tuesday on or after July 9
