Help with a college schedule, need advice

I don't know if this is possible. But here we go. This is for a college set- up

Details:
102 Total Teams
No interleague
Would like to play more games within own division if possible but if it is balanced then that is fine as well.
Would like an All-Star Game.
College players so not games every day but at most 5 games a week. Maybe with a Monday and Thursday off.
I don't care what time the games are, it is up to the creator.
If there is anything else you need to know, just ask.

52 Teams in the East
- Division 1 (12 Teams)
- Division 2 (12 Teams)
- Division 3 (6 Teams)
- Division 4 (12 Teams)
- Division 5 (10 Teams)

60 Teams in the West
- Division 1 (10 Teams)
- Division 2 (9 Teams)
- Division 3 (9 Teams)
- Division 4 (7 Teams)
- Division 5 (10 Teams)
- Division 6 (8 Teams)
- Division 7 (7 Teams)

Playoffs:
East: 5 division winners + 3 Wild Card = 8 teams
West: 7 division winners + 1 Wild Card = 8 teams
All playoff series are 3 game series

or anything someone may come up with!

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS POSSIBLE, or whatever changes need be. Any feedback would be great, thanks!

The only chance for anything feasible would be going "balanced". The configuration is just too complex for something better. How many games are you looking for?

I have gone with 60 games. Within each subleague each team plays every other team once. That leaves 9 other games in the one subleague and 1 other game in the other subleague, and those are pretty much all division games. With 4 games per week (Tue-Wed & Fri-Sat), the schedule spans 3 and a half months. When would you like it to be set to start? Beginning of March?

# 112 team schedule, 60 games
# Designed for the following configuration:
# 2 subleagues,
# * first with 5 divisions of 12, 12, 6, 12, 10 teams
# * second with 7 divisions of 10, 9, 9, 7, 10, 8, 7
#
#
# 1 games against each of other teams in subleague (1H or 1A)
# In first subleague remaining 9 games are played against division opponents
# In second subleague remaining 1 game most likely against division opponent
#
# Schedule is arbitrarily not considered balanced
# All this matters for is the setting in the game
#
# All teams play 4 games per week: Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
# All 1-game series and necessarily great many 1-game homestands & roadtrips
#
# All game times set at 7:05pm
#
# Season begins first Tuesday after first Monday of March
# Season thus ends mid-June
#
# All-Star Break set for a Tuesday 2/3rds of way into season
