The setup files are ~ 190 MB big. If you're having trouble downloading files of that size, we highly recommend using a download manager like Free Download Manager! You can also order our games on CDs.

Downloading the Full Version for PC (9.0.27)

Patching the PC version from 9.0.26 to 9.0.27

To patch your version of OOTP 9 from 9.0.26 to 9.0.27, you have two choices:

1. Uninstall OOTP. Uninstalling the game will not uninstall any custom files, such as saved games, nor will it affect your license. Still, it never hurts to back up your important files before uninstalling! Then, download and install a fresh copy of the full version of the game.
2. Replace just the main executable file, using the links and instructions below, but without receiving the updates to the Major League file.

Executable Only Download - 9.0.27

For this first patch, you can install just a patched program file ("executable"), which will be much faster to download. However, with this option, you will not receive the changes to the Major League file. If you are interested in Major League games, we recommend downloading the full installation instead. See the patch list for more information on what is included if you choose to install only the executable.

PC Executable-Only Installation Instructions

1. Go to your OOTP program directory. By default it is C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9
2. Rename the file "ootp9.exe" to "ootp9.exe.old".
3. Download the executable file from one of the links above.
4. Copy the downloaded file into the OOTP program directory.
5. Launch the game.
   

Patching the Mac version from 9.0.26 to 9.0.27

To patch your version of OOTP 9 from 9.0.26 to 9.0.27, you have two choices:

Mac Executable-Only Installation Instructions

1. Go to your OOTP program directory. By default it is /Applications/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 9
2. Rename the file "OOTP9" to "OOTP9.old".
3. Download the executable file from one of the links above.
4. The downloaded file OOTP9.app.zip is an archive. Click on it to open it. There's only one file in it. Copy this file into the OOTP program directory.
5. Launch the game.
